Shipping policy

USA Shipping:

We aim to get your order out fast - most orders ship within 24 hours, and should arrive at your door within 4-8 days.

Shipping is free on orders over $30 USD, or for any subscription order. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

 

 

Package Protection:

 

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select at checkout that protects your order while it's on its way to you. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, submit a claim through our self-serve Claims Portal. Once approved, we'll send a same-item replacement or issue store credit. 

 

Breath Death is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you did not purchase Package Protection at time of checkout, you'll need to file a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number, and any resolution will be handled by the carrier on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Please note that Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, and coverage cannot be added to an order once it has been placed.
